Our MissionStatement of Faith & Doctrine
Preamble

Commission Church Global is an inter-denominational church community that welcomes believers from different Christian backgrounds, traditions, cultures, and nations who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

While we honor the wider Body of Christ and the diversity within it, our ministry emphasis is centered on the New Covenant life revealed in Jesus Christ. We believe the Church is called not merely to gather people, but to make disciples who know Jesus intimately, obey His teachings, reflect His character, walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, and become ambassadors of Christ to the nations.

Our doctrine strongly emphasizes:

  • Teaching and obeying all that Jesus commanded,
  • Dying to self and living fully unto Christ,
  • Inner transformation through the New Covenant,
  • Total dependence on the Holy Spirit,
  • Evangelism, discipleship, and sending believers into ministry and mission.

We seek to cultivate Christlike character above religious performance, intimacy with Jesus above empty formality, and spiritual transformation above outward appearance.

Core Statement of Faith

1. The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It reveals God’s nature, His redemptive plan through Jesus Christ, and His will for holy living.

We believe all doctrine, teaching, correction, and spiritual formation must be tested and grounded in Scripture.

2. The One True God

We believe there is one eternal God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

He is the Creator of heaven and earth, holy, sovereign, loving, righteous, and worthy of all worship, glory, and obedience.

3. The Supremacy of Jesus Christ
Colosians 1:16-20

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, sinless in life, mighty in works, crucified for our sins, buried, resurrected bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and returning again in glory.

We believe Jesus Christ is supreme above all and is the center of the Christian life and message.

We believe the Church is called to:

  • Know Jesus personally,
  • Love Him supremely,
  • Obey His teachings faithfully,
  • Reflect His nature practically.

We affirm that true discipleship is not merely learning doctrine, but obeying Christ and becoming like Him in character and conduct.

The Five Pillars of Commission Church Global Doctrine

1. Teaching Everything Jesus Commanded

We believe the Great Commission includes teaching believers to obey all that Jesus commanded. The teachings of Jesus, especially as revealed in the Gospels and the Sermon on the Mount, form a central foundation for Christian living and discipleship.

We believe:

  • Christianity is centered on Christ Himself,
  • Obedience is evidence of genuine discipleship,
  • Theology without obedience produces spiritual emptiness,
  • Character must accompany spiritual gifting.

Our aim is to raise believers who are Christ-centered, obedient, humble, holy, and fruitful.

2. Dying to Self & Living Alive in Christ

We believe every believer is called to deny self, take up their cross daily, and follow Jesus Christ.

We believe the old self-centered life must give way to the life of Christ within us. Through union with Christ in His death and resurrection, believers are called into a transformed life marked by surrender, holiness, humility, and eternal purpose.

We reject:

  • Self-exalting Christianity,
  • Worldliness,
  • Fleshly living disguised as spirituality.

We affirm that true spiritual life flows from abiding in Christ and yielding fully to Him.

3. The New Covenant Life

We believe the New Covenant established through Jesus Christ brings inward transformation through the Holy Spirit rather than mere outward religious observance.

We believe:

  • Our sufficiency comes from God and not human effort,
  • The Spirit gives life and empowers holy living,
  • God desires inner victory before outward ministry,
  • The law of God is written upon transformed hearts.

We teach that genuine Christianity is not external performance, but an inward life empowered by grace and truth through the Holy Spirit.

4. Dependence on the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells, empowers, teaches, convicts, sanctifies, and leads every believer.

We believe:

  • Christian life and ministry cannot be fulfilled through human strength alone,
  • The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live victoriously and walk in holiness,
  • Spiritual fruit and Christlike character are evidence of spiritual maturity.

We encourage believers to walk daily in sensitivity, obedience, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit.

5. Evangelism, Discipleship & Sending

We believe Jesus Christ came to seek and save the lost, and the Church is commissioned to continue His mission on earth.

We believe every believer is called to:

  • Share the Gospel,
  • Make disciples,
  • Serve others,
  • Represent Christ faithfully in society,
  • Be sent as ambassadors of God’s Kingdom.

Our mission is not only church attendance, but multiplication of mature disciples who influence homes, communities, cities, and nations for Christ.

Christian Character & Conduct

We believe believers are called to:

  • Live holy and godly lives,
  • Walk in love, humility, integrity, purity, and forgiveness,
  • Pursue Christlike character,
  • Reject hypocrisy and empty religion,
  • Demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in everyday life.

We believe outward ministry without inward transformation is incomplete.

The Church

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all born-again believers united through faith in Jesus Christ.

We affirm the value of:

  • Fellowship,
  • Worship,
  • Prayer,
  • Biblical teaching,
  • Communion,
  • Servanthood,
  • Accountability,
  • Spiritual growth,
  • Unity among believers.

As an inter-denominational ministry, we seek unity around Christ and the essentials of the Christian faith while showing grace in non-essential differences.
